Behind yogalustco is Lisa James, a Yoga Alliance certified teacher delivering inclusive and accessible yoga instruction, in Cardiff and beyond. Empathetic and intuitive, Lisa is passionate about the way that yoga can support us in life – not only helping us to find increased flexibility and strength in our bodies, but in our wider lives too.

    Aligned with the upcoming vernal equinox, this 2.5 hour workshop focuses on an emergence from the darkness of winter into the lighter, longer days of spring with a practice that first gathers energy inwards before nurturing intentions for the future and releasing this all this back out into the world around us.
