Behind yogalustco is Lisa James, a Yoga Alliance certified teacher delivering inclusive and accessible yoga instruction, in Cardiff and beyond. Empathetic and intuitive, Lisa is passionate about the way that yoga can support us in life – not only helping us to find increased flexibility and strength in our bodies, but in our wider lives too.

  • Grow Your Practice (October)

    If you’re a yoga beginner and want to further develop your practice in class and at home, it’s time to turn inwards. Add depth to specific asana and pranayama practices, lay the foundations for a home practice, and get answers to your specific questions and concerns.

  • Relax and Restore (December)

    Just before Christmas, and as December activities reach their peak, this workshop provides an opportunity to press pause for a moment – observing and slowly unravelling tensions held in the body, and quieting the chatter going on in our minds.
