Moving with fluidity in a steady but deeply satisfying way, this Hatha Wake-Up morning yoga class is the PERFECT way to start your day.
After ‘arriving’ into class via a breath practice (pranayama), we get up and moving – releasing any tension and tightness from the night and stretching our way into the day. Through considered sequencing and movement, and with continued emphasis on the breath, we balance the energies in the body so that you emerge feeling awake, energised and mentally clear – fully prepared for whatever’s to come!
