Taking place just once a month, this extended yin yoga class in beautiful surroundings is an opportunity to more deeply engage with the yin experience, healing body and mind with a journey into the parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system.

We’re exceptionally lucky to be able to practice at at Yurt in the City‘s beautiful Mongolian yurt – a serene and tranquil space where, on stepping inside, the world seems to instantly slow a little. Our practice will be slow, relaxing and meditative, developed in accordance with the seasons in order to nourish the body and nurture the soul.

Through the continuing practice of yin yoga we become more adept at mindfulness and self-care, better listeners and more attuned to ourselves and our needs. If you’ve ever felt the need to slow down and just “be” then this session is for you.

How do I book?

Yin at the Yurt sessions are generally held on the second Sunday of the month at Cardiff’s hidden gem, Yurt in the City. Spaces are £20 each and you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you have one otherwise all that’s needed is you.
