Refresh. Strengthen. Revive.
We’re pretty demanding of our bodies as runners – racking up the miles but rarely stopping to stretch and release. Which is where these dedicated classes at Run and Become and the Pontcanna Dojo come in!
Working to refresh and revive hard-worked muscles, build ever-important core strength, improve breathing and even develop a better mental approach to your running this hour-long class is the perfect complement to your regular training routine.
“After just a couple of weeks with Lisa, I was starting to feel stronger, more flexible and more in control of my movements. It’s really helped me with other sports and I think it’s no coincidence that my running times have been improving week by week whilst I’ve also managed to stay injury-free.” – Sam Evans, CDF Runners
Benefits of this class include:
- New-found gains in flexibility and strength
- Specific attention towards key running muscles such as the psoas, hip flexors, quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes
- All-important injury prevention
- A new-found mindfulness to take into both running and life
