“I grow silent. Dear soul, you speak” ~ Rumi
Just before Christmas, and as December activities reach their peak, this workshop provides an opportunity to press pause for a moment – to slow things down and let your inner voice shine through.
With two whole hours in which to practice, you’ll partake in a deeply relaxing, slow and meditative physical practice before enjoying a long and luxurious savasana, immersed in a wonderful sound bath of Tibetan singing bowls. We’ll drop deep into the parasympathetic nervous system (your rest and digest mode), observe and slowly unravel tensions held in the body, and quiet the chatter going on in our minds.
At such a busy time of year, when there’s so much noise about what ‘should’ be – here is a chance to step away from the expectation, and to focus instead on that which is.
Join me. It’ll be bliss.
This workshop requires no previous experience of yoga but please do get in touch in advance if you have any injuries or are pregnant.
How much, and how do I book?
Workshop places are £20 per person with the event taking place on Sunday 16th December from 14:00 to 16:00 at the Tramshed Studio. All equipment is provided so all you need to bring is yourself in comfy clothes, a cosy pair of socks too if you’d like! Places are limited so reserve your place (navigating to the appropriate date) using the online booking system or, if you have questions, drop me a line using the form below.
