Following on from my regular Friday Night Yin and Yin at the Yurt, I’m pleased to host this Spring yin special – a two-hour, extended yin class focused on the Traditional Chinese Medicine element of WOOD.
Aligned with the liver and gall bladder meridians, the element of wood is reflected in this burst of energy that arrives with the spring – when new branches appear on the trees, and new shoots push up through the ground. This is an expansive season that offers change after the stillness, and light after the dark.
From our hibernation and nourishment in winter we emerge ready to move forward in life, planting seeds for the months to come. This workshop will support this process – and bring balance to body and mind so that, as you move forward into spring, you do so with a vibrant sense of energy and optimism.
How do I book?
£15 per person, this one-off session takes place on 5th April from 3-5pm at Cardiff’s Tramshed Studio and is bookable only via them. Spaces are limited and we do expect it to sell out, so book early to avoid disappointment. Once booked this session is non-refundable.
